About Corowa Chaff Mill
Our Story
From its humble beginning back in about 1978 when two friends Peter Dickins and Ray Milthorp first started cutting chaff, to two more friends Nat Kerr and Terry Mardling who purchased it back in 2010. Corowa Chaff Mill has slowly grown for almost 50 years. Terry now long retired has left Nat, Cindy and there three boys to continue the family run Corowa Chaff Mill operation. From a wood fired boiler for steam and an old fordson tractor to drive the mill it has slowly been upgraded with new equipment and technology to keep up with today's demands.

Teff Chaff
Made from the highest quality Teff hay. Tested and certified to be low sugar, perfect for those horses suffering from laminitis.
Lucerne Pellets
Made from the same high quality Lucerne hay as our chaff, Lucerne Pellets are a great hay and chaff alternative. Taking less room and making less mess, there easy to handle and mix easily with other feeds.
Lucerne Meal
Made from the same high quality Lucerne hay as our chaff, Lucerne Meal is fine ground lucerne.
Soy Pellets
Made from 100% Soy Hull. No additives or hidden extras. Soy Pellets are a super fibre with superior digestibility (70-80%) compared to hay at 40-50%. Soy Pellets are low in sugar and starch which makes them suitable for horses with laminitis and many other diseases.
